The Tommy Hilfiger brand portfolio includes both the Tommy Hilfiger main line and Tommy Jeans, along with a range of licensed products that extend the brand's influence across multiple generations, geographical regions, and occasions. The brand leverages a global marketing and communications strategy that taps into culture through Fashion, Art, Music, Entertainment, and Sport, known as the F.A.M.E.S. approach. The Floor Supervisor should be physically capable of lifting at least 40 pounds and standing for extended periods, reflecting the active nature of retail work. Leadership duties extend to sourcing and onboarding new talent, providing feedback and development to associates, and assisting with store meetings and scheduling adjustments to meet business needs.

Tommy Hilfiger is committed to its employees' wellbeing, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes best-in-class medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. Employees also enjoy an above-market 401(k) program, flexible workplace options such as paid time off and company holidays, and various wellbeing tools and programs. Additional benefits include access to Care.com services for childcare and elder care, education assistance with tuition reimbursement, and associate discounts for shopping at company outlets and e-commerce sites.

PVH Corp., the parent company of Tommy Hilfiger, values diversity and inclusion, seeking to create a workplace where all individuals feel valued and heard. PVH is an equal opportunity employer, emphasizing compensation based solely on job-related factors like skill, experience, and potential. They prohibit consideration of an applicant's prior compensation in the hiring process, ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all applicants.
