- retail supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds

Job Duties
- Direct and motivate store team to provide service per TH Customer Service program
- generate sales and profit
- minimize losses
- ensure store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained
- maximize associate productivity
- ensure compliance and consistent execution of company standards and policies
- assist in development of associates through feedback, coaching and training
- demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
- develop proficiency in operational policies and procedures
- manage time and prioritize tasks
- maximize sales by ensuring merchandise styles and sizes are well represented
- communicate statistical results and identify business needs
- conduct team meetings concerning sales performance and key performance indicators
- assist with executing Direct Replenishment and Recovery processes
- recognize problems and generate solutions
- represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance
- comply with all company policies and procedures
- receive and process shipments and transfers
- follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program
- maintain store tools and supplies
- ensure store safety and security
- perform store opening and closing procedures
- lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods
- source talent through recruitment, interviewing, and hiring
- assist in associate development through communication
- create energy and recognition around team accomplishments
- participate in management meetings
- adapt schedules, including night shifts, weekends and holidays
- demonstrate teamwork and lead by example
- assist in business decisions based on sell-through strategies
- maintain store presentation standards
- keep management informed of merchandise and visual issues
- execute markdowns and re-merchandise
