The Floor Supervisor role at the TOMMY HILFIGER KIDS STORE is a significant part-time position reporting directly to the Store Manager. This role plays a critical part in supporting and assisting store management to drive operational excellence, contribute to business growth, and maintain the high standards of customer service and store presentation that the brand represents. The position involves managing personnel, product merchandising, inventory processes, and customer engagement to ensure a smooth and profitable operation of the store. As a Floor Supervisor, you will motivate and guide the store team to deliver exemplary service in line with the TH Customer Service program, ensuring that sales targets and profitability goals are achieved. This includes maximizing associate productivity, maintaining compliance with company policies, and fostering a results-oriented environment. You will assist in recruiting, training, and developing store associates to enhance their skills and performance. Effective communication skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in operational procedures and time management. The position also demands leadership in scheduling, solving business challenges, maintaining store security, and upholding the brand image through personal and professional conduct.
Operational tasks include overseeing shipments, inventory control, store organization, and security protocols. The Floor Supervisor ensures that the store is visually appealing by adhering to merchandising and visual presentation standards. Additionally, you will participate in leadership activities such as talent acquisition, team motivation, and participation in management meetings. Flexibility in scheduling, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet the business needs.
