The role of Guest Service Host at CineLux Theatres offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about movies and customer service to join a dynamic team in the movie business. This part-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the General Manager and typically involves 15 to 30 hours per week, making it ideal for those seeking flexible scheduling options including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts. As a Guest Service Host, you will be the face of the company, providing excellent customer service as a front-line contact for every guest. Your responsibilities will include operating the box office by selling tickets and gift cards, answering questions about film content and ratings, guiding guests within the theater, and informing them about current prices and promotional offers. Additionally, you will assist in daily box office maintenance and complete various administrative reports.

In conjunction with box office duties, the role also encompasses responsibilities as a Concessions Host. You will have the rewarding task of selling fresh and appetizing food and beverages, assembling food orders accurately, operating point-of-sale terminals efficiently, and maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the concession area. This includes upkeep of cooking equipment, counters, glass display cases, condiment stations, preparation areas, and stock rooms.
