The company operates numerous theaters with flexible hours typically ranging from morning to late night, and it offers various employment opportunities including part-time, full-time, variable hour, and fixed-hour positions based on individual theater needs and employee availability. Regal Cinemas emphasizes a mission-driven culture that values regular attendance, adherence to company policies, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. As a member of the Regal team, employees represent the company by upholding its standards, including following company dress codes, handling emergency situations when necessary, performing general cleaning duties, and ensuring compliance with all operational guidelines.
This job opening is for team members who will work in diverse roles such as Box Office Cashier, Concession Stand Associate, or Usher within the theater. These roles are essential to the smooth operation of the cinema and contribute directly to guest satisfaction. The position requires working flexible shifts between 7 AM and 2 AM, occasionally extending earlier or later to align with film schedules. Team members are expected to operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle transactions involving cash, credit cards, gift cards, and discount tickets. They will also engage in upselling premium viewing experiences and promote the Regal Crown Club loyalty program. For those working in concessions, maintaining inventory, food safety compliance, and equipment cleanliness is critical, while ushers are responsible for ticket collection, crowd management, and maintaining auditorium cleanliness.
The role offers a competitive pay scale ranging approximately between $19.13 and $19.63 per hour. In addition to competitive compensation, Regal team members enjoy unique benefits including free movie passes and discounted concessions at any Regal location. Eligible employees aged 21 and older who have completed six months of service can participate in Regal's 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match. This position demands excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for patrons. Regal also prioritizes employee development, requiring completion of certification programs relevant to the assigned role, including Responsible Beverage Server training where applicable. Overall, this role offers an engaging opportunity to join a renowned entertainment brand, contribute to memorable guest experiences, and grow within a supportive workplace team.
