Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Current alcohol certification and training where applicable
- Good speaking, listening, and clear response abilities
- Ability to perform fast and accurate math calculations
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to perform under pressure and adapt to various situations
- Close, distance, peripheral vision and ability to focus
- Must apply using desktop or laptop computer
- Ability to comply with company dress code and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program and progress towards box office cashier certification
- Completion of responsible beverage server training if applicable
- Good public speaking and clear communication skills
- Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- Ability to meet physical demands associated with the role
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operating POS system and managing cash drawer accuracy
- Up selling and suggestive selling premium viewing experiences
- Promoting company loyalty programs
- Ensuring tickets and sales comply with MPAA and company policies
- Responding to guest inquiries and phone calls
- Preparing, cleaning, and operating concession equipment
- Complying with food safety laws and maintaining alcohol certifications
- Ticket tearing, collecting stubs, and directing patrons
- Inspecting backpacks and managing crowd control
- Enforcing MPAA rating system
- Conducting auditorium inspections for quality and safety
- Reporting issues to management
- Performing concession auxiliary sales
- Cleaning auditoriums and public areas
- Monitoring vending equipment
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned by management
