The Floor Porter will be responsible for general housekeeping duties including cleaning floors, dusting, making beds, and maintaining odor-free and safe surroundings throughout the nursing home. This role requires independence with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong prioritization and time management skills. Candidates should have experience in cleaning or housekeeping, the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality, and a grounded knowledge of cleaning appliances and agents. An understanding of English and a high school diploma or equivalent are essential to succeed in this position.
