The Floor Manager conducts daily walkthroughs to check for compliance with health and safety regulations, manages equipment maintenance including minor repairs on arcade games, and contributes to inventory management and ordering as assigned by the General Manager. This role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to keep the venue running efficiently and to support a team that includes bartenders, barbacks, line cooks, dishwashers, and cleaning crews. A flexible schedule is necessary, as the role involves working nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of a fast-paced bar environment. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience within a bar setting, a deep knowledge of craft beer, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Physical stamina is also important, as the position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
