Job Requirements

- prior experience in retail supervision or management

- experience as floor supervisor keyholder or similar retail management role preferably in fashion

Job Duties

- develop others monitoring evaluating performance and reporting observations to management

- develop strategic partnerships and maintain productive relationships with host store partners
- keep up to date on current product using all available tools and information
- educate team on product details including called color composition cost care cut
- support merchandising guidelines replenishment and housekeeping standards
- maintain understanding of stock routines product types stock holding and stock management
- maximize sales potential by ensuring team delivers all requirements of Ted's trainings
- ensure team demonstrates GOTFAT enthusiastically and consistently
- understand local and customer profiles shopping behaviors delivering effective sales environment
- support achievement of location plans and KPIs with knowledge and interpretation of performance
- drive team to achieve performance plans
- promote brand promotions marketing activity and campaigns to team and customers
- drive team to actively achieve location's B-Connected performance and clienteling
- maintain awareness of competitors and local markets communicating findings to management
- assist managing controllable elements of store profit and loss budgets
- analyze tools to identify opportunities impacting location performance
- deliver all daily operations confidently in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- complete and delegate tasks timely following company policies
- communicate effectively with management providing feedback and reporting issues
- adhere to company health safety procedures reporting unsafe conditions
- follow loss prevention measures protecting company assets reporting misuse or theft
- handle cash correctly resolving discrepancies per host store guidelines
- support execution of management communications and directives
