Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training
- Alcohol Awareness Training
- Ability to meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- Ability to read and speak English
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in wet or humid non-weather conditions
- Ability to work weekends
- Professional and courteous demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and regional cuisines
- Ability to manage inventory and ordering systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness training
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong problem-solving and client service skills
- Ability to maintain financial accountability
- Understanding of hospitality food service operations
Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day food and beverage operations
- Walk the dining floor to interact with members and guests
- Supervise inventory management and maintain par levels
- Communicate regularly with department leaders
- Inspect facilities and ensure equipment functionality
- Complete production reports and supply requisitions
- Manage interviewing, hiring, training, and staff performance
- Coordinate menu planning with Executive Chef
- Develop relationships with suppliers
- Ensure sanitation and quality standards
- Monitor business volumes and plan manpower accordingly
- Incorporate safe work practices
