- Familiarity with spa or wellness industry preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to guests ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and exceeded
- Oversee guest reservations ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations
- Handle guest concerns or recovery situations with professionalism and grace
- Lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals providing guidance training and support
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment
- Drive the team to exceed key performance indicators such as guest satisfaction revenue targets and productivity goals
- Manage inventory processes including receiving purchase orders retail styling conducting regular inventory counts and organizing products
