In practice, the Floor Manager is the first line of response to guest concerns and complaints, managing these respectfully and adeptly to enhance guest satisfaction. They maintain an active presence within the dining room and service areas to support staff, resolve issues promptly, and oversee vital operational tasks such as cash handling, staff checkout procedures, and cleanliness standards.
