Job Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to lead a team and earn their respect
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Strong understanding of financials, food costs, and labor models
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Exceptional service and floor skills
- Experience with special and private dining events
- High volume, fast-paced restaurant experience
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership skills

- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Exceptional service and floor skills
- Experience with special and private dining events is a plus
- High volume, fast-paced restaurant experience
Job Duties
- Developing FOH staff including hiring, training, and disciplining
- Scheduling staff and ensuring the floor is appropriately staffed each night
- Working closely with chefs and acting as liaison to support BOH’s pursuit of serving delicious food
- Managing administrative side of the restaurant
- Overseeing all events at the restaurant
- Ensuring that guests enjoy the Kapow experience
- Being a positive role model and leader for the support team
