The Kapow Noodle Bar team is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the Boca Raton location towards continued success and excellence. This role involves playing a pivotal part in fostering the growth of the brand, maintaining high standards of operation, and ensuring that every guest enjoys the vibrant Kapow experience. The Assistant Manager will be trusted to develop a front-of-house team that is not only highly skilled but motivated and aligned with the restaurant’s values. This includes hiring, training, and providing ongoing mentorship and support to the staff.

In addition to managing the front of house, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for guest satisfaction, administrative duties, and cooperating closely with the kitchen staff to maintain a seamless flow of service and food quality standards. Financial acumen—including monitoring food costs, labor models, and other key metrics—is essential to keep the restaurant operating profitably. This position demands a results-driven leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and excellence.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of food and beverage operations. Experience with special and private dining events is considered a strong asset. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, equipped to manage the financial and operational complexities of the restaurant. Exceptional service skills and a positive attitude toward leading a diverse team will ensure the restaurant continues to be a beloved dining destination in Boca Raton.
