We are currently seeking an experienced server who is eager to take on additional responsibility while continuing to be actively involved on the restaurant floor. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is ready to step up as a leader during their shift. Unlike traditional management roles that might require sitting behind a desk, this position allows you to remain engaged with your team and our guests directly. Your primary function will be to ensure that the front-of-house operations run seamlessly and efficiently, particularly during busy periods. You will be a pivotal point of contact for both your fellow servers and our guests, handling concerns promptly and professionally to prevent issues from escalating.
This role offers the opportunity to lead by example, serving tables alongside your colleagues while providing guidance and support as needed. You will help organize the front-of-house team, keep everyone on track, and contribute to a positive work culture. On top of these responsibilities, you will also be instrumental in training new servers, passing on your knowledge and helping them adapt to the pace and expectations of our establishment. When ownership or senior management is not present, you will act as the go-to person on the floor, demonstrating leadership qualities and decision-making skills.
We value individuals who are dependable, cool under pressure, and capable of making quick, sound decisions. Although prior leadership experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement; the right attitude and willingness to grow are equally important. This position is an excellent stepping stone for those who wish to advance their careers in hospitality without immediately entering full management roles.
