Known for its exceptional service standards and vibrant gaming atmosphere, the resort invites guests to partake in a welcoming and culturally rich environment. With a strong commitment to community and guest satisfaction, the resort emphasizes an inclusive family atmosphere, proudly stating, 'You are a part of our family; Welcome Home!' This ethos reflects in every aspect of their operations, from hospitality to entertainment and beyond. The resort combines luxury accommodations, outstanding dining options, and first-rate gaming facilities to create a comprehensive and enjoyable guest experience.
The Casino Floor Cocktail Server position plays a vital role within the dynamic environment of the casino gaming floor. This role involves delivering alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally to gaming patrons, ensuring that every guest receives prompt and courteous service. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating the gaming floor swiftly, adhering to strict legal and safety guidelines, such as verifying the age of customers who appear under 30 years old, monitoring for signs of intoxication, and securing alcohol during non-operational hours. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team. Key responsibilities also include taking and placing drink orders into the POS system for bartenders, resolving customer complaints appropriately, and maintaining a clean work area. The role demands physical stamina, multitasking abilities, and the skill to suggest higher-cost products to increase sales. The cocktail server is expected to carry communication devices to stay in contact with gaming floor staff, fostering smooth operations. This is a medium-strength job involving standing, walking, reaching, and other physical activities in a lively, sometimes noisy environment where cigarette smoke may be present.
Working at the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that values culture, tradition, and exceptional guest service. The resort practices Indian Preference in hiring, prioritizing tribal members and their families, reflecting its deep roots in community values and cultural preservation. Overall, this role is ideal for individuals who have previous serving experience, enjoy fast-paced environments, and seek to contribute positively to an esteemed resort known for its unique hospitality style.
