Job Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods (6-8+ hours)
- Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting (26-50 lbs)
- Working in various environments including commercial and industrial spaces

Job Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with an artisan's approach and high standards of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
- Basic computer literacy for logging job details and reports via mobile app
- Reliable transportation for off-shift assignments
- Ability to pass background checks for high-profile clients
- Experience in floor cleaning and restoration is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Master advanced cleaning and restoration techniques for various surfaces including carpet, upholstery, tile, stone, metal, vinyl, and concrete
- Work closely with Supervisors and Managers to execute job tasks efficiently using advanced, high-performance equipment
- Ensure all tools, vehicles, and workspaces remain clean and well-maintained
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and proper equipment usage guidelines
- Travel as needed for client projects and specialized training events
