As a Busser, you will be responsible for efficiently clearing tables once guests have finished their meals, cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment, and promptly setting up tables for new guests. Your role is integral to keeping the restaurant clean and well-maintained throughout the day. This includes duties such as sweeping, mopping, removing trash, and maintaining restrooms to guarantee a pleasant and sanitary dining area. Additionally, you will assist with restocking essential dining and service supplies like napkins, condiments, and cutlery to make sure the restaurant remains organized and well-equipped to meet guests' needs. The position also involves collaborating closely with other team members, especially during busy periods, to provide timely support and ensure the guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. Maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude is vital to this role, as you will often interact with customers, responding to their needs and providing assistance to enhance their satisfaction.
