Responsibilities include managing service requests, greeting visitors, monitoring supply demands, operating office equipment like Canon devices and print systems, and supporting special events and projects to ensure their success.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 plus years experience in mailroom or professional office environment
  • Prior hospitality experience
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Print, copy and binding experience a plus
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Physical ability to twist, turn, squat, bend, reach, and stand for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 plus years experience in mailroom or professional office environment
  • Prior hospitality experience including office inventory management and event assistance
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative
  • Print, copy and binding experience is a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of metering, weighting, logging, and shipping procedures
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office
  • Ability to operate fax, scanner, metering, stamping and tracking systems
  • Professional attitude and appearance

Job Duties

  • Maintain an extensive floor presence and act as point of contact for clients, guests and vendors
  • Greet visitors with professionalism and provide office services information
  • Own the floor by ensuring all systems and services are working and report issues to appropriate teams
  • Manage and follow up on all service requests with a closed loop approach
  • Utilize Canon devices and office tools to complete service requests including printing, binding and shipping
  • Monitor and manage supply inventory and restocking schedules
  • Support events and special projects by providing operational expertise and logistics
  • Handle mail, packages, and pouches by sorting, logging, and distributing timely
  • Provide administrative support such as copying, faxing, and setting up visiting attorneys' offices
  • Train end users on new office equipment features and functionalities
