Duties include responding promptly to resident service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and managing the preparation process of vacant units for leasing or new move-ins. The candidate will play a crucial role in upkeep activities such as pressure washing, cleaning, painting, and grounds maintenance, supporting the company's cost-control strategies by resourcefully repairing instead of replacing components. This position demands physical stamina as incumbents must be comfortable standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and working in various weather conditions. The ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance is required.
