Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred

Job Duties

Promote, work, and act in a manner that positively reflects on Pack Brothers Hospitality at all times
lead by example on the floor to ensure exceptional guest service and a high-quality dining experience
assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient service execution
actively manage the flow of service - seating, pacing, communication between kitchen and front of house
provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries, concerns, and resolutions professionally
calculate nightly deposits and oversee accurate waitstaff cashouts
count and maintain balances of cash drawers and safe daily
