Job Duties

  • Promote, work, and act in a manner that positively reflects on Pack Brothers Hospitality at all times
  • lead by example on the floor to ensure exceptional guest service and a high-quality dining experience
  • assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient service execution
  • actively manage the flow of service - seating, pacing, communication between kitchen and front of house
  • provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries, concerns, and resolutions professionally
  • calculate nightly deposits and oversee accurate waitstaff cashouts
  • count and maintain balances of cash drawers and safe daily
