The Floating Assistant Manager position is a pivotal role that straddles the operations of both Vintage Tavern and Smithfield Station. This dynamic role requires an individual who is hands-on and deeply service-driven, capable of supporting daily floor operations seamlessly across two high-volume venues. The Floating Assistant Manager will work closely with management and staff to maintain a smooth, consistent flow of service that upholds the company’s high standards for guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, handling cash transactions, executing shift duties efficiently, and ensuring overall cleanliness and operational standards.
