The Floating Customer Service and Benefits Specialist position at Helen Ross McNabb Center is an essential role that bridges exceptional customer service with administrative and benefits coordination duties within an outpatient clinical environment. This part-time employment opportunity involves covering front desk operations primarily at the Knox Children and Youth Center on specific weekdays, demanding approximately 20 hours per week. The specialist is expected to provide a welcoming and professional reception to clients, visitors, and guests while navigating multiple responsibilities such as verifying client eligibility, maintaining insurance information, processing payments, and supporting admissions and switchboard functions at various center locations.

In addition to frontline customer interaction, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of client intake, data entry, filing, scheduling, and inventory management of office supplies relevant to client benefits. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests
