Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Availability for occasional overtime
- Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace

- Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with diverse individuals
- Familiarity with SAP, Google, or MS Office applications
- Understanding of SAP and PROS functionalities
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners
- Respond to inquiries from walk-in and call-in customers
- Sell industrial and specialty gases, welding equipment, and hard goods
- Demonstrate equipment use and advise customers on tools and materials
- Manage order entry and process transactions
- Coordinate merchandise transfer between locations
- Maintain showroom displays and stock shelves
- Adhere to safety policies and use personal protective equipment
- Support branch growth through outgoing call strategies
- Coordinate cylinder movement and pallet organization
