Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or related field
  • Minimum of three years of culinary management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory control, and cost management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel between sites
  • Passion for sustainability and local food sourcing

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant
  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Oversee food quality and menu development with a focus on local sourcing
  • Implement cost control measures and purchasing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Lead and mentor kitchen and service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Monitor P&L accountability and manage contract foodservice operations
  • Foster a culture of sustainability in all culinary activities
