As a Floating Assistant Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple property operations. Your responsibilities include overseeing rent collection, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and conducting bank reconciliations. Utilizing Yardi or similar property management software, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of accounting functions. Beyond finances, you will be instrumental in leasing apartments and promoting resident satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing service issues. You will also provide mentorship to leasing team members and collaborate closely with the Community Manager to streamline property operations, marketing efforts, and resident retention strategies.

Benefits include competitive hourly wages ranging from $25.11 to $28.08, paid time off, paid holidays, sick days, paid volunteer time off, 401(k) matching, as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance. Fairfield’s work culture champions open communication, continuous learning, and mutual respect, fostering an environment where associates can thrive both personally and professionally.

This position requires a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, underscoring the company’s commitment to meeting resident needs and maintaining high operational standards.
