The role of Floating Assistant Branch Manager at Airgas is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence across various branches. The position entails oversight of day-to-day branch operations, focusing on critical factors such as sales growth, budget adherence, gross margins, operating expenses, safety protocols, customer satisfaction, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and community relations. What sets this role apart is its floating nature, which requires the Assistant Branch Manager to operate seamlessly between multiple branches, providing leadership and operational supervision during gaps arising from vacations, training, or other absences. This position is full-time, primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours, offering an hourly wage range of $27 to $30.
