Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of related experience
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to manage others and achieve results
Ability to follow corporate sanitation and handling policies
Ability to maintain an organized and neat workspace
Ability to work flexible hours across multiple locations if needed

Job Duties

Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
Oversee the bakery operation to ensure product quality and presentation meet company standards
Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
Manage inventory and merchandising of bakery products to meet customer needs
Monitor and control bakery department financial budgets including sales, gross profit and shrink levels
Ensure all bakery associates are trained and adhere to corporate and state sanitation regulations
Schedule bakery associates to satisfy customer needs
Complete customer orders and deliveries in a timely and accurate manner
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
