Job Duties
- Handle and merchandise all bakery products according to company policy
- Display complete knowledge of bakery products to customers
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to 5S standards
- Manage bakery operations ensuring product quality, inventory, and merchandising standards
- Monitor and control bakery department financial budgets including sales, gross profit, and shrink
- Schedule bakery associates and ensure proper training to corporate standards
