The Medical Assistant - Float position is an essential role within Oak Street Health that requires someone highly motivated, flexible, and attentive to detail. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager or Center Operations Specialist, Medical Assistants are integral members of the Care Teams, supporting clinical outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.

As a float Medical Assistant, you will work across various locations, requiring adaptability and a willingness to support different care teams as needed. Job Requirements
- State or national certification as required by state
- graduation from an accredited medical assistant course
- 1 year experience as a medical assistant
- CPR or BLS certification
- electronic medical record experience
- computer skills including Gmail, MS Word or Google Docs, Excel or Google Sheets
- proficiency in non-English languages as required by center demographics
- US work authorization

Job Duties
