Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year of experience in finance, sales, or customer-facing role
- ability to travel between multiple locations (100% travel availability required)
- customer service experience
- availability on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- availability for rotating Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- flexible weekday schedule varying by location and business needs
Job Qualifications
- Ability to travel between multiple locations (100% travel availability required)
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year of experience in finance, sales, or a customer-facing role
- customer service experience required
- call center or virtual service experience preferred
- self-motivated and adaptable to changing work environments
Job Duties
- Work across multiple branch locations and the Virtual Banking Center to support operational needs
- assist members via video, phone, chat, and in person
- process routine member requests such as address, phone, and email updates
- wire transfers
- stop payments
- and check orders
- open new membership accounts
- answer questions related to credit union products and services
- maintain working knowledge of Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) functionality
- provide referrals to senior and relationship bankers when appropriate
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products, services, and procedures
- fill in at assigned locations as needed
