The position of Clinical Flight Crew Member (Paramedic) in Yuma offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals with over three years of recent, busy 911 emergency response experience. This role involves providing pre-hospital advanced life support from initial patient contact through transport to medical facilities, all while utilizing advanced medical equipment aboard the helicopter. Candidates will be operating in a dynamic, fast-paced setting requiring critical thinking, excellent communication, and superior technical proficiency. This is a full-time role offering competitive pay ranging from $25.54 to $31.22 per hour, supplemented by a $6,000 annual location stipend and an $8,000 sign-on bonus. In this role, individuals will be responsible for conducting patient assessment, triage, and treatment aligned with medical protocols established by Air Methods Community Based Services (CBS) Medical Directors. Additionally, the role involves active participation in flight operations, including mission briefings, assisting pilots during missions, and adhering strictly to safety procedures.
