Job Duties

  • Receive and handle all customer requests for medical transports in a friendly and professional manner
  • Determine priority and preferred transport mode for incoming requests based on established policies
  • Facilitate mode transitions when primary transport is unavailable due to weather or maintenance
  • Assign and coordinate medical transports using air and ground resources
  • Maintain detailed data entries in the CAD system for requests, declines, cancellations, and out-of-service activities
  • Monitor location of all transport units throughout missions to ensure safety
  • Exercise critical thinking and make decisive judgments in a fast-paced environment
