Job Description

Emirates is a leading international airline that operates a comprehensive global network covering more than 140 destinations across six continents. Founded in 1985 and based in Dubai, Emirates has established itself as a hallmark of excellence in the aviation industry. The airline's fleet consists of advanced and modern aircraft, including Boeing 777, Airbus A380, and Airbus A350, renowned for their superior comfort, technology, and performance. Emirates has garnered multiple prestigious awards over the years, such as the world's best long-haul airline, reflecting its commitment to safety, innovation, and passenger experience. With a history spanning over four decades, Emirates continues to be a pioneer, setting high standards in the airline industry and redefining the passenger flight journey.

The role of Emirates Cabin Crew is pivotal in representing this esteemed airline brand onboard its flights. As a Cabin Crew member, you will be entrusted with delivering the signature Fly Better onboard experience, a promise that embodies exceptional service, safety, and passenger comfort. This role demands a balance of hospitality skills, safety awareness, and teamwork to ensure flights run smoothly and passengers feel valued and cared for throughout their journey. Cabin Crew members are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of onboard service, including ensuring passenger safety, managing in-flight services, and upholding cleanliness within the cabin environment. You will work closely with fellow crew members, responding promptly and efficiently to passenger requests and contributing to a positive travel atmosphere.

This position is based in Dubai and offers a unique career opportunity within one of the world's most recognized airlines. The salary package for this role includes a fixed basic pay plus a variable flying pay calculated by the number of hours flown each month. On average, monthly earnings combine to approximately AED 11,244 (around $3,061), with a basic salary of AED 4,980 and additional remuneration based on flying hours. The employment is full-time and provides a structured salary system that rewards active flying hours. Emirates provides comprehensive training and career development pathways, enabling you to advance from entry-level roles to senior positions, such as purser, which involve leading the cabin crew team and enhancing leadership qualities. With Emirates, your career progression and personal growth are actively supported.

Additionally, Emirates Cabin Crew members benefit from several attractive perks. Accommodation is fully furnished and provided free of charge, with utilities covered by the company. Transportation to and from the airport or training college during duty days is facilitated by the company, removing travel concerns. When not on active duty, Crew members enjoy 30 calendar days of annual leave, which may be used to travel on Emirates flights at reduced rates. One confirmed annual leave ticket to the country of origin is provided, with the option to switch to any other Emirates destination after the first year of service.

Health and wellbeing are prioritized with 24-hour worldwide life and personal accident insurance coverage and access to comprehensive medical and dental care through Emirates clinics. The airline also offers a non-contributory end of service benefit at the conclusion of the employment term. Working as Emirates Cabin Crew promises a rewarding and engaging career with one of the world’s most admired airlines, combining excellent financial rewards, personal benefits, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic global environment.
