The company is currently seeking a Flight Attendant based in Little Rock, Arkansas, for its aviation operations. This role involves providing essential in-flight services on both domestic and international flights, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout their journey. The Flight Attendant will be responsible for a wide range of duties including demonstrating the use of emergency and safety equipment, serving beverages and meals, maintaining cleanliness of the cabin and galley, assisting passengers with special needs, and administering first aid when necessary. Job Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- associate's degree preferred
- flight attendant school is a plus but not required
- 75% travel required
- valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- ability to report for flight on established time frames
- flexibility to be available due to ever-changing schedule
- reside within one hour of the hangar and be available on short notice
- trained in CPR and First Aid
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of related customer service experience
- ability to learn and understand flight operation procedures, policies, and safety regulations
- working knowledge of MS Office and applicable flight software
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- ability to remain calm in fast-paced, stressful, and emergency situations
- attention to detail and diligence in issue resolution
- ability to be scheduled away from home for multiple consecutive days
Job Duties
- Works cohesively with the flight operations team and customers alike
- demonstrates the use of emergency and safety equipment
- serves beverages, meals and snacks
- prepares the galley, restocks and cleans the cabin between flights
- provides additional assistance to passengers with special needs
- addresses passenger questions and ensures adherence to all applicable rules during flight
- reassures passengers during turbulence and attends to necessary safety measures
- administers first aid and medical care if required
- provides instruction including emergency evacuation procedures to passengers
- participates in pre-flight briefings
- performs pre-flight safety checks
- greets passengers and assists with seating and luggage stowage
- performs other duties as assigned
- may direct contract flight attendants when needed
