The Flight Attendant position demands professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations with poise and effectiveness. Responsibilities include performing safety demonstrations, providing in-flight medical assistance, managing onboard sales of meals and beverages, and assisting passengers with special needs. The role requires adaptability, flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to maintain consistent punctuality and professional appearance. Safety is paramount, and every Flight Attendant must comply with Federal Aviation Administration regulations and company policies.

Compensation starts at $25.84 per credit hour, with a guaranteed 75 credit hours per month and pay increases as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
