Job Duties
- warmly welcome residents and guests
- monitor lobby and handle incoming calls and requests
- receive, sign for, and deliver packages and food efficiently
- facilitate contractor arrivals and realtor or potential homebuyer visits
- advise residents and guests on property rules and regulations
- follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
- promptly respond to resident inquiries, phone calls, and concerns
