Job Description

NFC Amenity is recognized as the nation's leading exclusive amenity management company with a rich history dating back to 2006. Specializing in managing residential facilities, luxury high-rise condominiums, apartments, master-planned communities, gated neighborhoods, as well as hotels, resorts, and spas, NFC Amenity stands out for its commitment to elevating the lifestyle experience for residents and guests. With a strong presence across the United States, from Miami to Manhattan to San Francisco, and more than 350 communities served, the company has established itself as a trusted provider of high-quality amenity services. NFC's success stems from its dedicated team of professionals who deliver top-notch facility management, design, programming, and social planning services. The company’s mission emphasizes the importance of exceptional amenities in transforming good communities into great ones, making resident satisfaction and community well-being their ultimate priority.

The role of NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate places you at the forefront of this mission, working at some of the most exclusive residential addresses where you serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents and their guests. This position offers a unique opportunity to be the heart of the property, where your interpersonal skills and professional demeanor significantly contribute to creating a warm and secure environment. As a Front Desk Associate, your responsibilities will include greeting residents and guests warmly, efficiently handling incoming calls and requests, monitoring deliveries including packages and food, and assisting with contractor and realtor visits. Your role requires excellent communication and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth lobby operations and uphold property safety and access policies.

This is a flexible, hourly position offering $17.00 per hour, with no guarantee of set hours or schedules. Shifts are posted and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis through the group of flex front desk agents, providing the flexibility to choose shifts that align with your availability. This flexibility makes it a great option for individuals seeking a job adaptable to their personal schedules. The position also involves wearing a supplied uniform, reinforcing the professional aesthetic expected at NFC Amenity properties.

Beyond the immediate duties, this role offers extensive employee benefits and opportunities for career growth. Paid training introduces you to company policies and customer service excellence standards, while the NFC University provides ongoing educational courses to help you advance your career. Employees gain access to numerous discounts and benefits, including state-required healthcare options, medical, dental, and vision coverage for qualifying employees, and generous paid time off starting from day one. Additional benefits include weekly pay, cellphone reimbursements for some positions, and short-term disability income for qualifying employees.

At NFC Amenity, team members are integral to the client experience. You will collaborate closely with property management, contractors, realtors, vendors, residents, and guests to maintain a seamless and welcoming environment. The company values front desk experience, hospitality skills, teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic. Reliable transportation is also essential to meet job responsibilities. Working with NFC Amenity places you within a national network of more than 2,500 service-minded professionals spread across multiple states, representing a commitment to quality and professionalism in the amenity management industry. If you are friendly, adaptable, and eager to contribute to exceptional community living experiences, this role offers a rewarding and dynamic work environment.
