Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- physical ability to perform essential job functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, lifting, speaking, hearing, writing, seeing, and reading
- proficiency with computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- must be able to work flexible hours
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
