Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- physical ability to perform essential job functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, lifting, speaking, hearing, writing, seeing, and reading
- proficiency with computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- must be able to work flexible hours
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Duties
- consult with customers on their rental
- maximize revenue opportunities by offering products and services and overcoming customer objections
- ensure world-class customer service and sales support
- shuttle customers as required
- prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids
- operate equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- maintain physical ability to perform job functions such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, lifting, speaking, hearing, writing, seeing, and reading
