Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Good vision and hearing
- Available to work flexible hours
- Willingness to learn and follow health and safety guidelines
- Completed onboarding session through Upshift platform
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to mix and prepare beverages accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Previous bartending experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Physical stamina to stand and lift moderately heavy items
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and event patrons
- Engage with customers, take their orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customer preferences and make beverage recommendations
- Mix ingredients to create cocktails and specialty drinks
- Present bar menus to customers and explain drink options
- Stand for extended periods and carry up to 25 pounds
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
