Job Description

Penske Logistics is a global leader in transportation, warehousing, and freight management solutions. Operating across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske Logistics is dedicated to providing innovative logistics services that drive supply chain efficiency and deliver powerful business results for some of the world's most prominent companies. Known for its commitment to safety, customer service, and employee satisfaction, Penske has established a strong reputation in the logistics industry and offers excellent career opportunities for truck drivers who want to join a stable and respected company. The organization prides itself on operating with cutting-edge equipment and maintaining a fantastic safety record, ensuring both driver comfort and security.

We are currently offering immediate full-time opportunities for Class A CDL Truck Drivers with Penske Logistics. This role offers an average annual salary of $120,000 and requires the driver to be ready for substantial travel, up to 100 percent of the time. As a Penske truck driver, you will experience a dynamic career that involves traveling regionally and performing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. The responsibilities include unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, alongside the use of scanners to ensure accurate tracking of delivered products.

This position demands a flexible schedule with varying dispatch times depending on the work assignment. Drivers can expect to be away from home for durations of two to three weeks per assignment, traveling to and working from assigned locations for the period specified. Penske provides late model, well-maintained trucks designed for optimal comfort and safety, equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to enhance driver protection.

In addition to competitive pay, Penske offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation and holidays from day one, generous retirement benefits, and excellent health care coverage covering medical, dental, and vision care. Additional benefits include short and long-term disability insurance, life and AD&D insurance, company-provided uniforms and safety footwear, an employee discount program, a driver referral bonus program with rewards up to $5,000 per referral, a safety incentive program, and premier driver recognition programs.

Joining Penske means becoming part of a professional family where your role extends beyond just driving a truck. You will provide high-quality customer service and build lasting relationships with clients, often representing their brands and uniforms along the way. Driven by a culture of training and growth opportunities, Penske supports career advancement with locations nationwide, providing options for relocation and continuous professional development. They operate with clear communication, strong management support, and timely pay every Friday, making it an excellent choice for truck drivers looking to elevate their careers in a reliable and safety-first environment.
