Job Requirements
- Work required schedule
- work at specific location assigned
- complete Penske employment application
- submit to background investigation including past employment, education, and criminal history
- pass drug screening
- be able to work in a safe manner and remain alert
- meet physical demands including lifting up to 50lbs and occasionally up to 100lbs
- be able to see and hear adequately
- legally operate a motor vehicle
- enter and exit vehicle and cargo area safely
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
- ability to obtain non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency
- ability to accept responsibility for personal and others safety
Job Duties
- Travel regionally to various locations as needed
- perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
- unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- work from assigned location for the duration of the work assignment
- operate late model, Penske-maintained trucks with safety features
- follow safety protocols including use of in-cab cameras
