Job Description

Penske Logistics is a leading global transportation and logistics company dedicated to providing innovative and efficient freight management solutions. With a presence in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske Logistics serves market-leading companies by delivering state-of-the-art transportation, warehousing, and supply chain services. Known for its commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence, Penske continues to grow and lead the logistics industry by combining advanced technology with exceptional service.

Penske Logistics is currently seeking full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional drivers who are committed to safety and quality service. With an average annual salary of $90,000 and additional incentives such as a driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral, this position provides competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. Drivers are required to travel regionally, often up to 100 percent, providing flexibility and variation in daily assignments.

As a Class A CDL Truck Driver at Penske, you will be responsible for performing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. This involves handling trailer unloading using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, as well as using scanners to efficiently track products during delivery. Drivers will be assigned to locations where they will work for the duration of the assignment, with dispatch times varying to meet operational needs.

The equipment you will operate consists of late model, Penske-maintained trucks that meet best-in-class specifications designed for driver comfort and safety. These trucks are equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to enhance safety protocols. Penske emphasizes a culture of safety and customer service, supporting drivers with a premier driver recognition program and safety incentive initiatives.

Penske provides an extensive benefits package to support the well-being and peace of mind of its associates. From day one, drivers enjoy paid vacation and holidays, excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous retirement benefits, and disability insurance. The company also supplies uniforms and safety footwear, offers employee discount programs, and runs safety and driver referral bonus programs. This benefit-rich environment makes Penske one of the most sought-after employers in the professional truck driving industry.

This position requires compliance with federal regulations, including possession of a valid Class A CDL, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card, and adherence to scheduled work assignments. The ability to communicate effectively in English, maintain a clean driving record with minimal violations or accidents, and pass background and drug screening checks are essential. Penske’s focus on safe driving behavior mandates that all associates operate vehicles responsibly and remain alert at all times.

Working as a driver for Penske Logistics means joining a company that values professional growth through continuous training and career mobility, supported by a nationwide network of locations. If you are looking to accelerate your truck-driving career, Penske offers a stable, rewarding, and dynamic environment where you can thrive and represent leading global brands with pride.
