This role involves the regional travel and delivery of automotive parts and supplies to dealerships, requiring a high level of professionalism, reliability, and dedication to safety. The position offers an average annual salary of $120,000, with additional performance incentives up to $10,400 annually, a $10,000 retention bonus, and a lucrative driver referral bonus program of up to $5,000 per referral. Employees will have the opportunity to operate late-model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specifications for comfort and safety, including both inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. This is a travel-intensive role, with up to 100 percent travel required, and drivers can expect to be away from home for 1 to 3 weeks per assignment, working at various regional locations as needed.Scheduling for this position varies depending on work assignments, with dispatch times fluctuating accordingly. Drivers will perform multi-stop deliveries, utilize manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages to unload trailers, and use scanners for accurate inventory tracking. The role is subject to Department of Transportation regulations and requires safety-sensitive work adherence. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
- Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card holder or ability to obtain
- Minimum 1 year documented tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
- Clean DMV/MVR record with no more than two moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency per federal law
- Ability to work assigned schedule and location
- Successful background check and drug screening
- Physical capability to perform job duties safely
- Commitment to safety-sensitive work environment
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required

- Ability to obtain or currently hold a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work required schedule and specific location
- Pass background check including past employment, education, and criminal history
- Pass drug screening
- Ability to work safely and remain alert
- Physical ability to meet job demands including vision, lifting, and vehicle operation
Job Duties
- Travel regionally to various locations as needed
