The company seeks experienced Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers ready to embark on a rewarding and challenging career. This role offers an attractive annual salary averaging $120,000 and includes a $10,000 retention bonus to attract and retain top talent. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, retirement plans, excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, company-provided uniforms, safety footwear, and employee discount programs. Additionally, drivers can benefit from referral bonuses, safety incentives, and prestigious recognition programs acknowledging superior performance. Working for Penske means joining a stable, nationwide company known for its excellent management, clear communication, and industry-leading safety record.

Furthermore, Penske offers numerous training opportunities and the chance to relocate to various cities nationwide, providing excellent career growth potential. Drivers who join the company can expect a supportive environment with every Friday paycheck, delivering financial stability alongside personal and professional development. This role is a perfect fit for motivated drivers seeking both a challenging and rewarding career with one of the top logistics providers in the country.
