The Flex Security Specialist role at Securitas, located in the Bellevue/Redmond area, offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about safety and customer service. This position is designed as a flexible, full-time role offering varied shifts including day (6am-2:45pm), swing (2pm-10:45pm), and graveyard (10pm-6:45am) shifts with eligibility to work 40+ hours weekly. The wage offered for this role is competitive at $28.90 per hour. In this role, you will be entrusted with critical security responsibilities such as conflict resolution, access control, comprehensive patrol duties across indoor and outdoor locations under varying conditions, and identifying safety hazards or suspicious activities. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work within a team environment to meet site and organizational goals while delivering excellent security and customer service.

This role requires a professional who is reliable, punctual, and accountable, with a strong commitment to Securitas’ core values. You will be interacting frequently with clients' employees and guests, necessitating excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor.
