The position available is for a Full-Time Flex Security Officer based in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, as candidates must be available to work either first and second shifts or second and third shifts. Additionally, the role demands willingness to travel between multiple site locations to provide comprehensive security coverage. The hourly wage for this role is competitive at $22.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of the position in maintaining safety and security.

As a Flex Security Officer, the individual plays a critical role in ensuring the safety of clients' guests, properties, and sensitive information. The job entails a variety of responsibilities, including conflict resolution and de-escalation, access control at security entrances and exits, and conducting patrols both inside and outside client premises under various weather conditions. Frequent interaction with client employees and guests requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a professional and helpful presence. Officers are also tasked with identifying and reporting safety hazards, suspicious activities, and any conditions that might compromise safety. In serious incidents such as accidents or emergencies, Secuity Officers are responsible for protecting evidence and preserving the scene for investigations.

Additional duties include setting up barriers and signage, providing directions and information, and executing specific tasks related to the unique needs of each assigned site.
