The Delivery Driver role at Chick-fil-A is a flexible full-time position that involves a unique blend of responsibilities both on the road and inside the restaurant. Delivery Drivers are trained 100% in Front of House operations, ensuring that they are capable of delivering outstanding service not just at the guest's doorstep but also within the restaurant. This flexibility allows Chick-fil-A to respond quickly to business needs while enhancing the guest experience. Primarily, Delivery Drivers will be scheduled for hours based on delivery demands but will also work inside the restaurant during quieter times, performing a variety of Front of House duties.

Delivery Drivers at Chick-fil-A benefit from competitive compensation, starting with a base pay of $12.00 per hour plus tips, with most drivers averaging $17 to $19 per hour total.
