SRM Concrete is currently seeking dedicated and skilled Fleet Mechanics who take pride in hands-on problem solving and maintaining diesel engines and heavy equipment. As a Fleet Mechanic with SRM Concrete, you will perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of diesel engines and equipment, including oil changes, lubrications, and filter replacements. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to identify problems promptly. The role also involves rebuilding, replacing, or repairing major components like engine heads, blocks, starters, and transmissions.
