Job Requirements
- High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
- valid driver’s license required
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work well as part of a team
- ability and willingness to work outside
- basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred
- basic computer skills
- ability to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations established by Penske management
- ability to perform all work adhering to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety policies including correct use of tools, PPE, and machine guarding
- regular predictable full attendance
- driver qualification file maintenance including MVR checks, DOT physical, and safety performance history
- willingness to work required schedule and location, pass background screening and drug tests
- ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely

Job Duties
- Greet customers and ensure they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles
- perform vehicle readiness inspections including checking tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items
- maintain facility cleanliness and ensure a safe environment for customers and associates
- build skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as tire installation, replacement, rotation, and preventive maintenance
- complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
