Job Requirements

High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
valid driver’s license required
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to work well as part of a team
ability and willingness to work outside
basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred
basic computer skills
ability to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations established by Penske management
ability to perform all work adhering to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety policies including correct use of tools, PPE, and machine guarding
regular predictable full attendance
driver qualification file maintenance including MVR checks, DOT physical, and safety performance history
willingness to work required schedule and location, pass background screening and drug tests
ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely

Job Duties

Greet customers and ensure they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles
perform vehicle readiness inspections including checking tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items
maintain facility cleanliness and ensure a safe environment for customers and associates
build skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as tire installation, replacement, rotation, and preventive maintenance
complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
