Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have commercial airplane single engine land (C-ASEL) certificate
- Ability and willingness to obtain ATP certificate within 5 years
- Must possess a valid and unexpired driver's license
- Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate required
- Minimum 2,500 total flight hours
- At least 2,000 fixed wing flight hours
- Minimum 1,000 PIC hours
- At least 500 cross country hours
- Minimum 100 night hours
- At least 75 instrument hours (50 actual)
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions
- Availability to work day, night, and overnight shifts
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, balance, sit, crouch, kneel, or crawl for extended periods
- Capability to assist in loading patients and handling up to 150 pounds with assistance
- Specific vision abilities including close, distant, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Fly the Pilatus PC12 aircraft safely in compliance with FAA and company regulations
- Collaborate closely with medical teams to ensure safe patient transport
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and ensure aircraft readiness
- Maintain accurate flight and regulatory documentation
- Communicate effectively with air and ground dispatch and healthcare partners
- Manage shift changes and provide detailed handovers to incoming pilots
- Participate in ongoing training and certification maintenance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company standards in all operations
