- previous customer service or reception experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
- ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
- basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or membership software is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- manage member check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to fitness services and memberships
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- assist with membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals
- coordinate with fitness staff regarding class schedules, personal training appointments, and facility maintenance
- promote fitness programs, classes, and special events to members
- handle cash, credit card transactions, and membership payments accurately
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- perform administrative duties as needed, including data entry and filing
