The role of Fitness Coordinator at Eastcastle Place is a full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive hourly wage starting at $19.00 based on experience, and it includes a generous sign-on bonus of $1000. The Fitness Coordinator is expected to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents, motivating and encouraging consistent participation in the fitness programs. This position demands a high level of adaptability and positive attitude, given the dynamic nature of the schedule and activity spaces within the facility. Responsibilities also include ensuring a safe and organized fitness environment, supporting room setup and event execution, and effectively communicating program updates to residents. Eastcastle Place values candidates who are patient, kind, and skilled in customer service, with the ability to work independently yet collaboratively as part of a team. The role offers training opportunities, particularly for group fitness instruction, to candidates who may not have prior experience in this area but demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Working at Eastcastle Place comes with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance with telehealth options, dental and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k) with matching contributions, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, holiday pay, maternity benefits, and access to wellness programs. Additional perks include free parking, convenient bus line access, discounted meal programs, a free onsite fitness center and pool, and an employee rewards and recognition program. The organization strongly supports diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, ensuring a welcoming and supportive workplace for employees of various backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
