With a focus on operational excellence, this manager will drive performance improvements across safety, quality, and delivery, actively coaching teammates to unlock their full potential and develop future leaders. The position involves executing daily production plans that bring the 787 Dreamliner to life, making it possible for Boeing South Carolina to accelerate production, expand capabilities, and continue its leadership in aerospace.

The employment type includes a variable shift (shift 4), with the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and innovative environment where safety and excellence are paramount. The salary range is competitive, from $111,350 to $150,650, based on experience, qualifications, and market considerations. Boeing also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package including competitive pay, variable compensation, health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid and unpaid time off, and other benefits, ensuring a well-rounded and sustaining employment experience.

If you have 3 or more years of aerospace or manufacturing experience, 3 or more years in a leadership role, knowledge of Lean principles, and a commitment to safety and quality, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a world-class aerospace leader and make a visible, lasting impact in the future of flight.
